How does it work?

Contact us through the form on our website and tell us:

  • When you need the service and for how long (e.g. “tomorrow from 2 p.m. for 2 hours”);
  • What you’d like to purchase or view;
  • Where the service should take place or where you’d like the delivery made.

Hourly rate: €50 per hour.

Once we receive your request, one of our Consierges will contact you to confirm the details and provide the total amount based on the requested time.

Live service: your personal shopper can, for example, visit a boutique such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, or Bottega Veneta, show you the available products in real time (via video or photos) — bags, accessories, garments — and assist you in your choice.

Purchase & delivery: once you’ve selected an item, you complete payment directly on the website. We then handle the purchase and delivery to your preferred location and time.

Timing & additional costs: if the service exceeds the booked duration, extra time is calculated and settled at final payment, along with the product cost and any additional distance traveled.

💡 Consiergo does not apply purchase commissions or hidden fees — you pay only for the actual service time, clear and transparent.

Consiergo partners with a curated network of luxury boutiques and fashion houses, granting immediate access to an array of exclusive labels — from iconic global names to sought-after emerging designers.

Among the most requested brands are Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Dior, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Rinascente Milano and many others — though we can operate on request in specific stores or showrooms.

Every shopping mission is personalized, according to brand, product type, and local availability.

Whether it’s a sold-out item, a special gift, or a piece to try on, your Consierge handles sourcing, verification, purchase, and premium delivery.

Where do you operate?

Consiergo currently operates in Milan, Italy’s capital of fashion and luxury.

We are expanding to Rome, Florence, and Venice, aiming to deliver the same high standard of service across major Italian and European cities.

For international clients, we also offer remote assistance, ideal for travelers or executives who wish to shop from abroad and have their selections delivered directly to their hotel, office, or residence.

How much does the service cost?

onsiergo’s hourly rate is €50 per hour, covering the time dedicated by your personal shopper from research to purchase and delivery.

We charge no commission on purchases — you pay only for the time spent on your request.

For more complex needs, such as extended sessions, multiple errands, or sourcing across several stores, we can arrange custom packages or membership plans, defined in advance with full transparency and flexibility.

Delivery times

Consiergo is designed to offer a fast, discreet, and bespoke experience.

Depending on product availability and distance, research, purchase, and delivery can often be completed within the same day.

Your Consierge keeps you updated in real time throughout each phase:

  • product availability,
  • purchase confirmation and estimated delivery time,
  • arrival notification at your chosen location (hotel, office, or residence).

If additional time is required, it is calculated transparently and settled at final payment.

With Consiergo, time is the ultimate luxury — and we manage it with the precision of a personal assistant.

Returns & exchanges

We handle returns with the same care as purchases.

In case of a return or exchange, your Consierge coordinates directly with the boutique in accordance with its policies.

You may choose to:

  • entrust your Consierge with the return;
  • request an exchange or a new purchase, managed just as seamlessly.

Our goal is to keep your experience smooth, discreet, and effortless, even when plans change.

Bespoke Lifestyle Services

Beyond personal shopping, Consiergo offers a range of personalized lifestyle services designed for those who wish to optimize their time with elegance.

Some examples of our custom services include:

  • Wardrobe decluttering, with space reorganization and enhancement of existing garments;
  • Wardrobe curation, to build a cohesive, functional, and high-quality collection;
  • Styling appointments, available in person, remotely, or at home;

For sensitive or high-profile cases, we can arrange the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure maximum confidentiality.

How can I make a payment?

Payments are secure, traceable, and certified, processed directly on the Consiergo website.

We accept major international credit and debit cards, as well as digital solutions such as Apple Pay or bank transfer upon request.

Every transaction is protected by advanced SSL encryption and accredited payment partners.

We never store sensitive payment data; all operations comply with European PSD2 and GDPR security standards.

Can I speak directly with a Consierge?

You can contact a Consierge directly by completing the online form or reaching us through official Consiergo channels.

Each Consierge is a trusted professional, trained to assist you discreetly and deliver a smooth, fully personalized experience.

What happens if the requested product is unavailable?

If an item is temporarily unavailable, your Consierge will notify you immediately and, if you wish, monitor its restock.

Time already spent on research or boutique visits is recorded and credited toward your next service once the item becomes available and you proceed with purchase.

Alternatively, we can suggest comparable or alternative options of similar quality and exclusivity.

Our priority is always transparency and personalization — you pay only for the time truly dedicated to your request.

Can I buy a gift through Consiergo?

You can rely on Consiergo to purchase and deliver a luxury gift to anyone, with impeccable care and discretion.

Is Consiergo available for international clients?

Yes.

Consiergo was created to assist international clients visiting Italy — tourists, executives, stylists, or Fashion Week guests.

If you’re in Milan for work, events, or leisure, your Consierge can:

  • collect purchases from multiple boutiques,
  • deliver them directly to your hotel,
  • or manage shopping missions remotely on your behalf.

The service is available in Italian and English, ensuring discretion, punctuality, and precise logistics — so every client enjoys a seamless experience, even from afar.

Do you work with companies, stylists, or celebrities?

We collaborate with brands, stylists, press offices, and personal assistants, providing bespoke solutions for photoshoots, events, fashion shows, or short stays.

We can handle:

  • collection and delivery of garments or accessories across stores, showrooms, or ateliers;
